You may submit your stones by security courier or personal appointment to our laboratory in Meggen, Switzerland. Prior to shipping or personally submitting goods to our laboratory, confirmation with us by email is required.

Turnaround time:
For regular service please allow for approximately two weeks to test and return-ship your stones. Reports are ready a few days after we have return-shipped your goods and are sent separately via Fed-Ex to you. For faster turnaround times we offer express service options. Please refer to our price list for more details and contact us regarding the availability.

The GRS Paris laboratory operates by a one week a month testing service. Please allow for 7 days to 3 week to test and return-ship your stones. Please contact us if you wish to get express service.
